If you know me, you know I've never painted a pet before. I took on the challenge for charity. Hurricane Ike wiped out a lot of Galveston including the Humane Society. A fundraiser auction will take place on Sunday, August 28, 2011, 1-3 pm at Eiband’s Gallery, 2201 Post Office, Galveston, TX 77550. Among the art up for auction will be this painting of Bo the Wonder Dog and his sidekick Lady, reclining on the seawall across the road from the Galvez Hotel.
