I grew up painting with oils. I got my BFA painting in oils. Suddenly acrylics are my media of choice and I'm befuddled by oils. So I'm determined to conquer them again and make them do what I want them to do. This is my first go with them in a long time. I find myself applying them with no additives, where I remember diluting them with linseed oil in the past. But I like this. And this is one of the seaside spots in Naples, Florida with the Naples Pier in the distance.
